Every order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely in love with your song, simply email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund every penny — no questions asked.

We don't require you to explain why. We don't make you jump through hoops. If the song doesn't touch your heart the way you hoped, we'll process your refund promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number. We'll acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Revisions Before Refund

If your song isn't quite right, you're welcome to request revisions before deciding on a refund. Lily and Ryan will work with you to adjust lyrics, melody, or vocals to better capture your pet's story. Many families find that a small tweak turns a good song into the perfect one.

However, requesting revisions is not required to receive a refund. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies regardless.

Exceptions

Our refund policy covers custom song orders placed directly through WhisperPaw Songs. It does not apply to:

• Gift cards or store credits
• Orders placed through unauthorized third-party resellers
• Requests received more than 30 days after delivery
